It's really hot nowadays. When I looked over the ocean this morning, I saw the sunrise and I noticed that the sun was shining so bright!! Merah betul matahari masa sunrise semenjak dua menjak ni!! It's a sure sign of warmer days ahead.. Panas betul tau sekarang tapi normallah. Bulan April memang panas macam ni.....
Since we are having ice-cream weather here, kawan2 TK kat sekolah suruh TK buat aiskrim for us to have in the afternoon. Di musim2 panas ni, the best way to beat the heat is an ice-cream treat.... So, yesterday, I made some ice-cream and brought it to school today..
One of my colleagues taught me the simplest way of making delicious homemade ice-cream. You don't even need ice-cream maker.Cuma blend 1 litre strawberry flavoured milk (ikut sukahati nak perisa apa) , a packet of cofee - mate creamer and a few tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk (susu pekat manis). I buat tak manis sgt sebab 2 orang kawan diabetic. Kenalah consider kawan2 yang kena jaga pengambilan gulanya..Lepas blend, pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer.
Next, blend the ice-cream again as it freezes to get the soft texture. You can do it twice or thrice. I also added some strawberries. Bole tambah apa saje sesuka hati. Lepas blend for the second or third time (as you wish) let it freeze . Itu sahaja!Kami makan dengan roti juga
Bila makan ramai2..meriah je and cepat je habis.. My friends suka sangat..suruh buat lagi next week..nak chocolate flavour pulak..Best dimakan bila dia dah cair sikit...
Ni pulak Choc and vanilla flavour I made last week..

ReplyDeleteErmayum- yup. Lepas blend masuk dlm fridge samapi dia separuh beku. Then blend again supaya ice hancur and ice-cream jd lebih lembut.
